Falling back in love with the medium of printing, I am working on a series of prints as an experiment to capture movements in space. More specifically; the movements of my own body over a course of time as I built up an installation in a given space, taken from films made of the making process of a specific
installation. These prints are based on a project I did some years ago, where I projected the film of the making process of an installation onto a life-size canvas in the same space, after the installation had been broken down. I then marked the different positions of my body on the canvas during the making process. This resulted in these cartographies.
